How can I check my order status?
Once the packet gets dispatched you will receive the email from us with all the details to check the packet status.

How do I know my order is confirmed?
We'll send you an email when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Orders page.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
You can change your item anytime before it is packed and ready for dispatch.

Click on your admin page to check if your address can be changed on your order. Else send me the email before the packet gets dispatched.

Which courier will deliver my item?
We use government postal service for FREE shipping and a for expedite we use trustworthy partners Fedex, DHL, TNT, Aramex etc.

Do you ship internationally?
We do deliver items internationally. NorthAmerica packages are shipped at buyer's own risk by doing FREE shipping. Expedite shipping will be at our responsible if there is any issue.

Do you ship India or Nepal?

India located items are shipped only in India and Nepal items are shipped only in Nepal. But for volume based please send me the message.

Do I need to pay the tax?
International Shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
Sellers set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

How to measure cap size?

1) To get the exact size of the cap please measure around your head about 3/4 of an inch above ear.

To get the almost right size garments that you are looking for is that to measure the garment that you have at home that fits you perfect and really comfortable and find your size within a couple of inches of that garment.

SIZE MATTERS! PLEASE KNOW YOUR MEASUREMENTS BEFORE YOU ORDER TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!!
